Your emails are landing in spam
Shared IPs, no warm-up, a domain that has already been burned. The copy never gets read because the email never gets seen.
Managed cold outbound
Then we get you in front of them. Infrastructure, market mapping, intent data, verification and copy — all of it handled, every month, under your name.
Pay per result or a flat monthly retainer — whichever suits you.
What we run for you, on repeat.
Not a one-off list drop. This is the standing monthly motion — and month one is the floor, not the ceiling.
across the whole web, not one database
two to three decision makers per company, triple-checked
after our filters cut the rest
landing in your inbox, every month
Then we do it again. Every month the data gets cleaner, the segments get sharper and the copy gets better, so the reply count climbs from here.
Cold email is harder every year. Four things break it, and most teams are dealing with all four at once.
Shared IPs, no warm-up, a domain that has already been burned. The copy never gets read because the email never gets seen.
If you pulled it off one database, your prospects got the same email from four competitors this week. Stale data, stale angle.
Right company, wrong month. Without intent signals you are guessing at timing, and timing is most of the outcome.
Merge tags are not personalisation. If the first line could be sent to a thousand companies, it reads like it was.
Dedicated domains and mailboxes, built from scratch and warmed properly before a single email goes out. Auto-rotation, blacklist monitoring, placement checks.
Not a list pulled off one database. We map your real total addressable market across the whole web, which turns up far more companies than a database search.
Hiring activity, funding rounds, job changes, tech installs, site visitors. We track the signals that show a company is looking for what you sell, and we reach them while it is still true.
Ten thousand companies give us two to three decision makers each. Fifteen thousand contacts survive triple verification, and our filters cut that to the ten thousand we actually reach.
Every email references something real about that specific business. It reads like a person looked at your company and had a thought, because that is what happened.
Campaigns go live across email and LinkedIn, monitored daily. Deliverability, reply rate and booked calls tracked per segment so we know what is working and what gets cut.
Positive replies land, get qualified, and turn into calls on your calendar. That is the only part you touch. Around forty of them a month.
Nine moving parts, all of them ours to run. You do not manage any of it and you do not buy the tooling.
Dedicated domains and mailboxes built from scratch, warmed properly, rotated automatically, monitored for blacklists.
We map your real total addressable market across the whole web. Usually several times what a database search returns.
Hiring, funding, job changes, tech installs, site visits. We reach people while they are actually in the market.
Triple verification through multiple providers. Direct dials and LinkedIn where we can get them. Bounce kept under 2%.
Written per company, not per segment. We test angles continuously and cut what does not book calls.
Email and LinkedIn working together, so a prospect who ignores one still sees the other.
We read and qualify every reply. You only see the ones worth your time, with context attached.
Per-segment numbers on deliverability, replies and booked calls. You see what is working and what we killed.
Weekly review of what landed. Segments, offers and copy get rewritten based on what the market actually responded to.

A question mark means it depends entirely on who you hire. Some agencies do this well. Most sell you a seat on shared infrastructure and a list they bought.
Fast because it is systemised, not rushed. Warm-up starts on day one and everything else runs in parallel around it.
Domains and mailboxes bought, configured and warming from day one. In parallel: the onboarding call, your offer, your ICP, and the segments we are going after.
TAM mapping, enrichment, verification and the first round of copy. You approve the angles before anything goes out.
Campaigns go live and get monitored daily. First replies usually start landing inside the first two weeks of sending.
first replies →nAInteen is run by a husband and wife. That means the person who builds your campaigns is the person you talk to about them, and your account never gets handed to a junior who started last month.

Runs the outbound side: infrastructure, targeting, data and copy. Spends most of the week inside campaigns working out why one segment replies and another does not.

Great experience working with Semir. He connected us with companies we would never have thought of ourselves. Very detailed, very specific, and he presented our services in a way that actually stood out.
Dario IvicBusiness Development, RPS Group & RPS LegalAround two weeks. Infrastructure and warm-up start on day one, research and copy run in parallel, and campaigns launch at the end of week two. First replies usually land within the first two weeks of sending.
No. We buy and configure separate sending domains so your main domain is never exposed to cold outbound. If deliverability ever suffers, it suffers on infrastructure we own, not yours.
Two options. A flat monthly retainer, or pay per result so you only pay for what actually lands. Which one makes sense depends on your deal size and margins. Rob will walk you through both on the call.
Around forty positive replies a month once campaigns are running properly. It varies by market, offer and deal size, and the first month is usually lower while we learn what your market responds to.
An onboarding call, clarity on your offer, and someone who can take the calls we book. After that we handle everything and you review the reporting.
It is yours. Lists, campaign data and reporting get handed over. We do not hold your market hostage.
Book a call with Rob. He will walk you through your total addressable market, where the buying signals are, and what a month of outbound would realistically produce for you.
